For Pianegonda, customer satisfaction is paramount. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days from the date of purchase and receive a refund for the returned products.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, show no signs of use, and be in their original packaging, in a well-sealed and protected parcel.

After requesting a return, the parcel can be sent within 14 days accompanied by the return merchandise authorization (RMA) document, without which it cannot be accepted.

Booking your return online:
1. Log in to your account and go to the ORDER HISTORY section.
2. Select the order you wish to return and click on REQUEST RETURN.

3. Select the OTHER option. Once you have verified that the displayed order number is correct, click on START RETURN PROCESS.

4. Select the products to return and click on NEXT STEP. Select the reason for the return and click on NEXT STEP.

5. Check that the address displayed is correct, click on Return and, after checking the summary, select Confirm return.

Package preparation:
Once the online procedure is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions and the shipping label.
1. PRINT THE RETURN EMAIL and the shipping LABEL you received.

2. PLACE THE PRODUCTS IN THE PACKAGE (preferably using the original packaging) and INCLUDE THE PRINTED EMAIL INSIDE.

3. Carefully seal the package and stick the shipping label on the outside, in a clearly visible position.

4. DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO YOUR NEAREST POST OFFICE.

Guest Return Procedure
If the order was placed as a guest, i.e., without having registered online, the return can still be requested manually by clicking on START THE RETURN PROCEDURE
Then follow the instructions provided in the previous section from point 4.

The refund of the amount spent depends on the payment method chosen during the purchase:

- payment via PayPal, the refund will be made directly through PayPal within 24 hours of the return acceptance confirmation email;
- payment by Credit Card or Prepaid Card, the refund is credited only to the card used for the purchase. The time required to view the refund in your account depends on the card issuing institution.
- payment via Scalapay, the installments already paid will be refunded directly to the card used for payment, while the installments not yet paid will be canceled. In the case of a partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from the installments starting from the last one.

Pianegonda will proceed with the refund relating to the cost of the goods shipped, within the legal terms (30 days), only after having received the goods and verified that all requirements have been met.
The refund cannot be made to cards other than those used for the purchase and cannot be made via bank transfer.
The refund does not include the shipping costs for the subsequent return of the goods.
