Payment methods
Pianegonda.com accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• Credit Card: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Aura, and JCB, including reloadable credit cards. The amount will be charged immediately upon purchase, and an order confirmation email will be sent at the same time.
• PayPal: to shop online conveniently, without the need to enter your credit card details or bank account information on the site. The account will be charged upon order completion. To register a new PayPal account, visit paypal.com.
• Scalapay: upon purchase confirmation, you will be redirected to Scalapay, where you will need to log in or create a profile to proceed with the payment of the first installment (equal to one-third of the total order value). The next 2 installments will be charged in the following two months.
Currently, cash on delivery or bank transfer payments are not accepted.
Secure payments
On Pianegonda.com, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of certified secure servers and the adoption of the most advanced encryption systems (SSL – Secure Socket Layer), which guarantee maximum security for online transactions and related monetary transactions through the Braintree payment gateway (Paypal Group).
We only use protected connections, as evidenced by the "https" prefix and the padlock symbol that appear in the browser's address bar.
To protect credit card purchases, for each order you will be asked to enter the CVV code and the 3D secure code which is sent via SMS. Thanks to this security system, the Customer's credit card data will be completely unreadable to third parties.
