Shipping policies
Pianegonda ships within Italy. Deliveries are not made to the municipalities of Livigno, Trepalle, Campione D'Italia, Vatican City, and San Marino. Shipping is free on all orders, and delivery usually takes place within 3-6 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday during office hours, excluding national holidays and office closure days for holidays, which will be announced on the website. All orders are processed automatically, so it is not possible to change shipping and delivery times.
Courier
Poste SDA is the authorised courier for Pianegonda.com shipments.
The Customer will be kept updated throughout the transaction: from the moment the order is sent, they will receive a shipping tracking code and the web address where they can follow the delivery status online.
All deliveries made by Pianegonda.com are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the delivery has been collected and confirmed by signature, the insurance coverage expires.
Pianegonda will not be responsible for any delays attributable to the courier's fault.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is invited to check:
• that the package is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, including its closure: any complaints must be reported to the courier, and an account of these must be provided at the time of signing for collection by stating "Received with reservation for inspection"; otherwise, the package will be considered correctly delivered;
• that the products correspond to what is indicated in the order confirmation, both in number and type; any complaints must be reported to the courier, and an account of these must be provided at the time of signing for collection by stating "Received with reservation for inspection"; otherwise, the contents of the package will be considered free from defects and/or flaws.
Traceability
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to track the order.
